About the Picture:

According to a news article, Anshul was assigned to cover Chhath Puja celebrations for his class assignment. “I was on a flyover at Kalindi Kunj and saw these two kids on a rickshaw on their way to Chhath celebrations. They were holding hands, and for me this was the perfect moment in which both exuded happiness and real celebration,” Anshul is quoted to have said about his shortlisted picture titled “Over the Top.”

Talking about the picture in an interview with Jamia Journal, Anshul said that according to the rules, you could only send one image from one institute, and this particular picture was selected to be that one special picture from Jamia. “The picture is very close to my heart,” Anshul remarked.
