In Conversation with: Faiz Ahmad and Sana Akhtar on Qualifying UPSC Civil Services

According to a news report, 34 out of 300 Jamia Civil Services Coaching Academy students from the 2013 batch have cracked the civil services exam, and out of the 34, 12 cleared the interview and made it across this year.

The 12, who made it to the list from the academy this year are: Faiz Ahmed, Sana Akhtar, Tejaswani Gautam, Afaq Ahmad Giri, Raunaq Jamil Ansari, Mohammad Saim, Dayama Harish Kumar, Satendra Singh Mehra, Avais Patwegar, Jyoti Virdi, Bhanu Prabha and Balram Meena.

The highest rank achievers out of the 12 are however, Faiz Ahmed, a hotel management graduate from Darjeeling, with an all-India rank of 17; and Sana Akhtar, a B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology, with an all-India rank of 90.
